March 2015 Moda Club Meeting

Piece & Comfort Quilt Challenge
Entries are due by March 31st.
We had one submitted today by Cheryl.   Isn't it awesome!   It's her own design, full of family history and meaning.  Great job!

I showed my version of the Easy Pleazy Tote.
Yes, the handles really need to be cut to 30 inches.
You can now see this tote on display at the shop.
This version is made with Sweet Life, by Moda.
The drawstring bag was this month's freebie.
Stop by the shop and try the Turn-it All.  Using this tool is amazing!   Linda had told me about it, but once I used it....went right out and bought my own!    I used it to turn the handles on the above tote.  Works great on apron ties! You can see a video of how it works here.

Rose used our new line, Friends in Wild Places,
to make this growth chart.
